What carrier do you ship from?
It will be delivered by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato).
How long will it take to arrive after purchase?
Normally, the shortest desired delivery date can be selected from one week after the date of purchase.

Purchase/Payment
Can I purchase without registering as a member?
You can purchase without registering as a member.
However, please note that if you use the service without registering as a member, you will not be able to check the purchaser information and history.
Can I use electronic money?

When will my credit card payment be withdrawn?
Each credit card is different.
Please contact the credit card company you used directly.
Can you issue a receipt?
Receipts can be viewed on the member's My Page. Even if you did not register as a member at the time of ordering, you can check it from My Page if you register as a member at a later date.
If you cannot confirm, please contact us through LINE or the inquiry form .
Can I cancel or return an order?
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns of products due to customer's convenience other than "wrong product" or "defective product" after delivery is completed.
